Health Equity Guide is a Human Impacts Partners project that provides resources to health Departments to help advance health equity. They created strategic practices that outline ways local health departments can address power imbalances, racism, and other forms of oppression. In 2017, they hosted a webinar series with national experts and local health departments to discuss their work to advance health equity.
